Thankful for my period because it means that I have the ability as a woman to create life but not thankful for cramps and backaches and nausea and bloating and headaches. But here’s my excuse to be early to bed tonight and early to rise tomorrow! And time to drink some herbal tea, hot water with lemon, eat some fruit and cookies. Woo!
